YAMASHITA & ASSOCIATES was set up in May 2000 by TAKA YAMASHITA, an accomplished M&A consultant in Japan & Singapore who has two decades of M&A experience. Prior to setting up his office in Singapore, Taka was the General Manager of RECOF, a well-established Japanese M&A consulting firm, from April 1991 to April 2000, and spear-headed many successful M&A deals in IT Industry.
